   The QTJ6-15 Block Making Machine is a high-capacity, fully automatic brick and block production line and it is designed for industrial  manufacturing of concrete blocks, hollow blocks, pavers, and curb stones. With its advanced hydraulic system and vibration technology, the QTJ6-15 ensures strong and high-density blocks that meet modern quality standards for construction.

   Working Principle

   The QTJ615 operated with a vibration and hydraulic system:

   1. Raw Material Feeding: Cement, sand, gravel, and water are mixed and fed into the material hopper of the host machine.
   2. Molding: Hydraulic pressure help the vibration system and vibration motor start working for the block forming.
   3. Stacking: Finished blocks are stacked and transfer to the curing area.
   4. Curing: Blocks are cured naturally or in a curing room for a full strength.

    

Product Advantage

(1) There are two vibrating motors on each side,Total Four motors driven vibration system.Vibration box size is increased according to mold area and special brick type.The wide area vibration box is driven from four directions to ensure the balance of vibration, so that the vibration power to the brick can be effectively transmitted.The machine vibration efficiency is 30-40% higher than that of 2 motors, thus increasing the density and strength of finished bricks.
(2)Mold high-precision gear positioning system.Up and down mould with 4 synchronous shaft (8 synchronous gear and rack positioning unit) of upper and lower mould on accurate positioning, gear and rack after Germany Japan high precision machine tool cutting grinding, ensures that the mould body moves up and down around the mould surface always stay in the same horizontal plane,thus ensuring the height of the cement block keep highly consistent.At the same time, the friction coefficient of upper and lower molds can be reduced to extend the service life of molds.
(3)Adopt German design concept, feeding system adopts hyperbolic arm, double synchronous shaft, 4 cylinder efficient and accurate distribution system, to ensure the stability of the distribution system, as well as the efficiency of the distribution speed.Ensures brick production and reduces damage to the machine's distribution system.
(4)Air bag damping system.It can effectively reduce the vibration noise and quickly eliminate the high frequency vibration damage caused by the vibration force to the whole machine, thus prolongs the life of the machine and the mold and reduces the noise pollution to the operator.
(5) All molds are made of steel of national standard (and EU standard). After high-precision cutting, high temperature carburizing heat treatment (900℃ high temperature, 200℃ tempering) is carried out at the same time, so that the hardness of the molds can reach 55-63HRC (ordinary steel is only 25-30HRC hardness).
(6) The use of Taiwan CALYCA or Japan YUKEN valve, ensure the effective input and output of the hydraulic system,and long service life.
(7)The PLC and touch screen are made from Germany Siemens brand.Ensure the stability of the program and long service life.
(8)The eccentric shaft drives the rake to rotate, making the raw material well-distributed
