   This machine is designed to make all size bricks by changing moulds. Such as hollow blocks, solid blocks, porous blocks, color paver and curbstone.
   The material can be fly ash, slag, gangue or the others industrial waste, river sand, gravel, cement etc. 
   
   
   

   Fully Automatic Advantages:  

   Ø Excellent design: The balance system adopts four rod guide type with long guide sleeve to ensure the exact movement of pressure head and molding box. The rack adjustment system improved the balance level and coordination ability between pressure head and mold box during production. Concrete feeding type is compulsory rotary convection, ensured the brick density and shortened feeding cycle. 

   Ø Special treatment of Mould: Mould wear-resisting performance is greatly enhanced  through quenching, tempering,  carburizing, boronizing as well as various kinds of heat treatment process. The service life is greatly improved, longer than the national standard.  
   
   

   Ø Hydraulic control system: adopting high dynamic proportional valve, can automatically regulate the flow rate and protect the oil cylinder by slowing down attack of oil cylinder from starting point to endpoint. 

   
   Ø Vibration system: The host machine is frequency control learning from frequency conversion technology of Germany. The vibrator is assembled with oil-immersed type, promoting high-speed load, making concrete fully liquefied and exhaust instantly.

It need 20-40 days (from receive of the original L/C from our bank) to finish the production and book the vessel. lt will take about 40 days for the vessel from Qingdao to Ethiopia. The installation will take 30 days.Totally it will be around 90-110 days.

What's your payment term?

our common payment is 30% deposit by T/T before arrange the machine production,70% balance before the delivery,if other payment term,we can negotiation.
