Block palletizer machine brick collect machine
Product Description
-
The Brick Cuber Machine is an essential part of modern brick and block production lines, designed to automatically collect, arrange, and stack finished bricks or blocks into neat, uniform cubes. After the curing or drying process, bricks are transported to the cuber station, where the machine uses synchronized arms, clamps, or vacuum systems to accurately pick and place products according to programmed stacking patterns.
- 1. Adopts PLC control unit and double hydraulic control, two clamping head work at the same time, more quickly and efficiently.
- 2. Equip with different machine models with different block and pallet size, the stacked block be transported by forklift after separated to the curing area, and the pallet will be used for the production again.
3. It is designed according to customers block shape and pallet size.
Working Principle
-
Brick Loading
Bricks are fed onto the conveyor after drying or curing. -
Positioning and Detection
Sensors detect the position of bricks for accurate gripping. -
Gripping and Lifting
